Whenever we visit, we prefer staying at this place, they provide a delicious breakfast with a variety of options and have friendly and supportive staff.

No elevator at all.

The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a tourist area, close to the City center as well as Igreja de Santa Cruz. We spent 1 night in big size junior suite exactly as in the pictures.

The room at Charme 19 was absolutely lovely! It had a cozy seating area and a big flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing with the kids. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer, making it super convenient for the whole family. Plus, there was a tea/coffee maker in the suite, which was a nice touch. And the view - wow, just breathtaking!

I personally would have preferred a bathtub instead of just a shower. But hey, that's just my preference, others might still find it enjoyable.

This place was a great spot to stay for exploring a tourist area, conveniently located close to the center and town, and our spacious junior suite was exactly as pictured, which we really liked.

Located in the heart of the city, our room had a stunning view over the rooftops. The spacious and well-decorated room provided a cozy and romantic atmosphere. The breakfast served by the friendly staff was delicious, with a good variety of options.

The lack of a warm welcome upon arrival, as there was no staff member to introduce themselves or show us around. The open window between the bedroom and bathroom lacked privacy and made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

Charming and Comfortable Stay: Nestled in the heart of Coimbra, this hotel provided us with a delightful and comfortable stay. The rooms were well-appointed, offering a cozy seating area and a flat-screen TV for our entertainment. The private bathroom was equipped with free toiletries, and the shower was invigorating after a long day of exploring the city.

Stair Climbing: The only minor issue we encountered was the steep stairs at the entrance of the hotel. It proved to be a little challenging when carrying heavy or bulky luggage.

Free WiFi, cozy seating area, delicious continental breakfast. Cons: Who needs privacy in the bathroom anyway? And climbing those narrow stairs with luggage was the highlight of my stay, really.

We had a fantastic family stay at Charme 19. The location was perfect, easy to find and conveniently located near attractions. The rooms were larger than expected, well-furnished, and the bathrooms had great water pressure. The breakfast was a hit with our kids, and the beds were comfortable. Despite being in the city, there was minimal noise disturbance. The staff was friendly and helpful. a delightful and memorable experience.

My recent stay at a charming B&B in the heart of a historic city was an absolute delight. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure. Despite being in a lively city, I had a peaceful night's sleep due to the minimal city noise. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. The staff members were lovely and were really good too make my stay nice. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

Mind-blowing location for exploring the city, with jaw-dropping sights within walking distance. Super breakfast, free wi-fi, and coffee in the room. The extra bed for our daughter was perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved our stay!
